CM launches multilingual Portal - The Hindu

Hyderabad, June 9, 2000: A new multi-lingual city portal HamaraShehar.com was launched by Chief Minister, Mr.N.Chandrababu Naidu in Hyderabad on Friday.

According to a press release issued by Ardent Citylink Services here, the horizontal portal offers multiple entrances including HamaraShehar.com, MeraShehar.com, ApnaShehar.com and a local variant of ManaPattanam.com. The portal offers several facilities like making queries of city buses, theatre and movie play timings, hotels and STD codes, the release said.

Apart from the present English and Telugu versions, a Hindi portal is slated for launch soon, the release added.
