HamaraShehar Unveils New Service - Business Standard

Hyderabad: A city-focused portal, Hamarashehar.com, launched 'How to...' Guides Channel in both English and Telugu. The channel provides guidance on most commonly needed services such as land registration, building plan approval, ration card, gas connection, registration, building plan approval, ration card, gas connection, register marriage, telephone connections, driving licenses, marriage and birth certificates etc. Each guide describes step-by-step procedures along with the required documentation, fee details, related office addresses and other rules and regulations. The actual forms will be made available shortly. Hindi version of these guides will be offered along with the Hindi version of the portal to be launched soon. The guides also have a section to forward complaints to departments concerned. (Our Bureau)
