KhojHyderabad.com Sued for Copying Data Illegally from HamaraShehar.com

Interestingly, this illegal activity took place within few months of their site launch and they neither mentioned the source name nor the posted a courtesy note. The copying is done to such an extent that the format and the HTML tags are also retained as they are.
HamaraShehar.com management got shocked when they received an e-mail from a net browser mentioning that the same information available in HamaraShehar.com is appearing in KhojHyderabad.com like a Photostat copy and he wanted to know which is the original.
Immediately, the HamaraShehar.com management plunged into action and verified the contents on the KhojHyderabad.com site and issued a notice to KhojHyderabad.com asking to respond in two weeks time. Upon not receiving any reply even after 8 weeks, HamaraShehar.com reached the Court of Law (O.S. No. 465/2001) complaining that the KhojHyderabad.com was repeatedly violating the copyright act and equally the gentlemen norms of social behaviour.
Reacting on the petition filed by HamaraShehar.com the Court had delivered an injunction order bearing number "I.A. No. 2815/2001 restraining the Khojhyderabad.com from displaying the information about educational institutions in twin cities and not to broadcast as the same was being infringed by the Khojhyderabad.com."
It falls the responsibility of the net browsers to recognise the original and photocopy sites. They should get themselves aware what all portals are cheating them with copied or wrong information and misguiding them.
